The Awesome F1 Adventure

It was a grand day in Nome. The sun was shining,The snow was melting,etc. Anyway,in the Boiler Room,There was a meeting going on.
"I've gotten a labtop for each of you. You can use them to play games,download important stuff,what have you. I've also ordered games for each of you," Balto announced.
When the games arrived,everyone was so excited.
The same day,Balto announced that at 9:00 PM,there would be a contest. At 9:00 PM,everyone gathered in the Boiler Room,labtops and games at hand. Balto waited for everyone to get into the room. At 9:04, Balto said,"Let the contest... BEGIN!"
The 9:15 reports were...:
Nikki was in 11th in his Jordan. He was on the 33rd of 78 laps. He cut down a tire a few minutes later.
Jenna was holding a strong lead of 0:78.118 seconds in her McLaren. But she had strong competition from Irvine. This report was on Jenna's 37th lap of 78.
Kaltag has been out since 9:11 on his 9th lap due to Suspension brakeage.
Star had a commanding lead over Hakkinen. He was on his 38th lap of 78. Star was driving a Ferrari.

The contest was over at 10:45. Star had won. But in the post-race inspection, Star's Ferrari was too light. Jenna was declared the winner,due to the fact that Star was disqualified.
