Hostage Situation 3:High-Octane Blood (Steele's Rage)

It is a cold morning in Nome. Balto and company awaken at 5:00 AM to a squeal of tires. They look out.

"Steele! Come back with my Nazca C2!" Nikki shouted out.

A few minutes later, Balto heard the news.

"Quick, to the patrol cars!" Balto exploded.

Everyone fumbled for the Patrol Cars. Balto, Jenna, Nikki Kaltag Jr., Star, and several spread out across Nome.

A few minutes later...:

Nikki and Star spotted Steele.

"144 to central, I've caught sight of the bandit vehicle near The City Limits!"

"298 to central, in pursuit of a Silver Nazca C2 near The City Limits!"

Steele noticed he was being pursued. He tried to shake Nikki and Star, but they kept up with Steele. Nikki attempted to request a roadblock. It worked. At least it looked liked it did (read on to find out). Steele was stopped and put under arrest. But before Jenna could handcuff Steele, he knocked Jenna to the grond and stole Star's Ford Crown Victoria German Pursuit Car. He was wreckless as the other dogs tried to stop his maniacal self. But guess who responded? Kalvin! But before he could even turn his car on, Steele fiercely smashed into the interceptor. This left Kalvin with chest pain. Luckily, Star stopped and carried Kalvin to his FBI Car. Meanwhile, Nikki and a dazed Jenna attempted to ram Steele into a wall. But Steele was still resistant. But finally, at a nearby doughnut shop, Balto deployed a spikestrip in front of Steele's Crown Victoria. After Steele ran over the spikestrip, Balto cautiously followed behind in his 1977 NYPD Plymouth Fury...

Balto: Steele, you're under arrest for hit and run involving a cruiser, automotive theft, and resisting arrest. Judge will make sure you get the right punishment.

Judge sentenced Steele to be banned to the wilderness for 12 years.
