In a 'flashback' Stan and his wife are out in Africa for vacation. Stan wakes up to hear his wife screaming and goes outside to investigate. His wife is having her baby and it is being delivered by a baboon who has a stick (like Rafiki's) and cracks open a round fruit and puts the juices on the baby's forhead (Similar to the opening in The Lion King). He then holds the baby up, just as he did Simba and Kiara!
