On the Futurama Season 3 DVD(Disc 3, Episode "A Pharaoh To Remember") one of the people doing the commentary(I'm not all that good with putting together voices and names..) says:

"Some of that music I feel like I'm with the Lion King"

The wording might have been a little bit different, I listened to it over and over but this is the best I can make out. He definitely mentioned Lion King, though.
