On the new TV show based on The Emperor's New Groove, called "The Emperor's New School", Pacha and Kuzco are talking about Tree Frogs. Apparently Kuzco hates them and Pacha was trying to explain how they were important.

Pacha: "Frogs are important... it's all part of... it's all part of... *thinking* It's all part of The Great Circle Of -"
Kuzco: *cuts him off* "Nah-Uh. Don't Go There."

It's in the episode, "The adventures of red-eyed tree frog man" where Pacha is explaining how people and animals are connected. He says, "You see? It's the circle of--" then Kuzco cuts him off and says, "Oh, no you don't. Don't go there."
