I understand that but I just can not see where people don't like Scar or say he's mean. Eesh. I'm sure if any one of us were to treated like the family dog with such a low status attached to them, kicked around and constantly hounded, I'm sure they'd never disrespect whoever's up on the top. (Said with all the sarcasm I can muster) :P There are so many things that for me at least make what Scar did just fine with me. First of all, I didn't see anyone offering to help him or anyone try to be nice to him. (Simba doesn't count.)

He was alone and alone and ignored until needed in my book constitutes a "Do whatever you want to whoever you want because no one gives a crap about you in the first place." I'm sure no one will ever understand this because until you've been in a very similar situation where everything is handed to someone else on a silver platter while you're scoffed at, you'll never know what that does to a person mentally.

It's ironic Disney even called Scar "Scar" because the scar on his face went a lot deeper than his just his face; he was hurting and with no one to help him or to talk to that even cared about him, he stopped caring. Don't take killing someone such a heavy thing. Sometimes it's more humane than what can be done to you. Believe me when I say there are some things worse than death. Take my life for example and go through the mental torture I endured from my peers. That alone is why I stick by Scar so much. I'm sure he went through something exactly like it, and as I like to apply to what he did "What goes around, comes around." Eesh. So many people think they can pick on other weak people and get away with it. Look at Bill Gates. He was a wus that everyone picked on and now he owns the world. Shifting of power is a very bad thing, especially when it shifts from the hands of the oppressor into the oppressed... Long live Scar, king of the opressed.
