lion king is the best movie ever.i don't think anyone could ever be obsessed with it more than i am.i know all the scripts.some kids i know tell me that its weird that i like that movie.i don't care what they say cause they are all suckers.no movie will ever be as fantastic as the lion king.I love simba and timon.love ya timon xoxoxoxoxoxoxx.what i like about this movie is that it has an original story. all the characters are unforgetable and awesome.I also like lion king 1 1/2.timon's mom is so cute and so is uncle max.i wish that i could live with timon and his family. I liked The Lion King because it always reminded me of my beloved Kimba the White Lion show I watched as a child. I recently bought the Kimba video and now I see just how much Disney seemed to have "borrowed". I do not think I will allow my child to spend another penny on Lion King stuff. And I now will choose the Mexican Cruise over a trip to Disneyworld this summer. Walt Disney is probably rolling over in his grave over this. Yes, I am behind the times. I just never wanted to believe Disney would steal.

Never under estimate the power of the theater, I have a 5 year old daughter who thinks that this was the best performance she has ever seen!!!! My daughter has enjoyed several theater events but now is even more engrossed with going and being a part of it all. I have now managed to attend 2 performances by the touring company and hope that in the near future my daughter and i can get to the full production in NY.

I'm in love with this movie since it came out in France. I'm an adult ( it's not only for children)and this movie became my favourite movie: full of pride,friendship, love (family, girlfriend,...) wonderful drawings and technical miracles, hatred, jealousy... All the human characteristics so well depicted! I especially went to London to see the musical and my boyfriend who had never heard about this movie was delighted by the music and the performance.

I was five years old when I went to the movie theater to watch The Lion King. Since then, I have seen it at least fifty times (literally fifty times¡). And I still feel the same excitement when I hear the intro music, the same sorrow every time I see Mufasa die, and Simba crying over his dead body. The same happiness when Nala and Simba rejoin. And the same warm and conforting sensation when Rafiki lifts up Simba and Nala's cub. Because when the final credits begin to appear and that glorious music starts, and we land again in reality, everything seems to be OK. When you live a story like that, moment after moment, savouring every one of them like the masterpiece it truly is, you feel like there is nothing in the world that is not beautiful and worthy living for.

The Lion King is by far my favourite kids film ever. One of the best things about it is that now, past my childhood, I watch it and notice in-jokes that you don't unerstand as a child. "I told the elephants to forget it but they can't.."
Add to that one of the most famous openings to a film ever, in my opinion the BEST opening to a film EVER, incredible music, and characters that aren't just made fo kids, and that you can watch when you're older and still like.
Mufasa's death still remains my favorite sequence,because it's something that truly scared me years ago. I can honestly say that "Long Live The King!!" is the scariest thing I have ever heard.
A classic film that I'll love forever.

Hi,everyone! I signed this book back in 2004,but I must sign again! I have LOVED TLK ever since it came out when I was 2 years old! I was obsessed and called every lion I saw Mufasa for like,a long time...I have grown up with it,and although there was a time (when I was about 7 or 8)I totally forgot about it,that time is long gone,and I now know that I can never let TLK go again! I liek the original best,I guess I'm kind of a purist,but I love the sequels as well! TLK will never leave that special place in my heart! GO MUFASA!!!!!
