Thank you for making such a wonderful, ineractive, and thorough site dedicated to the finest animated movie of all time. This film is a personal favorite of mine, and seeing it or listening to it takes me back to the last and finest years of my childhood. Funny how an animated film geared towards children can carry so much weight even with teens and adults with it's scenery, beauty, message, and lessons.

I always thought it would be really neat to see what would happen if Mufasa had a daughter. So, I made her up. Some people who I knew asked how Mufasa fathered her when he was dead. My answer was that he conceived her a few days before he died. Later, she is born into the pride while Scar is ruling and is named Kyla. She was never told about the Circle of Life or Mufasa EVER!!! Many nights I found me crying myself to sleep. There was no one to talk to. Not even my own mother. She was too busy trying to keep the rest of the Pride calm and I understood, whole-heartedly. But when you really needed someone to talk to, where would you go? When you were lost, who would find you? So, finally, my question was answered. But then that question bought on questions within itself...Will they listen? Will they answer? Will they care? You know that they're here...they're with us right now.
